Thogh Steve knew there was a chance I would not be offered a job and therefore would not be moving he took time out of his day to show me all the houses I asked to see. While in the house he showed his expertise about potential repairs that would need attention. He was very helpful and professional. If I ever do move to the Rogers area I will contact Steve to do my house hunting.
