We can’t say enough about what a great job Steve did in finding our home in Bella Vista. We started working with Steve last summer when we were here to look for a home. He spent the next several months looking for the perfect home for us. Because we had several requirements, Steve patiently worked with us to find a home that met our needs. His contractor knowledge was so helpful as we evaluated each house. He was very open and pointed out things about each home that might be an issue.
Steve has an excellent knowledge of Bella Vista which helped us decide on the location. He was able to answer our questions about local regulations or get us immediate answers if he didn’t know. He was very prompt at all responses and often worked late into the night to get us answers.
We would definitely recommend Steve to anyone who is buying a home. We plan to stay in this home for a long time, but Steve would be our choice if we needed to buy again.
